How to choose a proper size?

1. Each product is accompanied by tips helpful in choice of proper size. You will find this information under a link placed next to the size choice field: How to fit size?. After clicking this link, you will see a size table along with an auxiliary picture.
2. The size table contains detailed measurements for each size.
3. The auxiliary picture demonstrates how the clothing was measured. Measurements can be compared with your own clothes or your body sizes.

IMPORTANT! Numbers shown in the table for waist and chest count only half of the circumference. Waist is measured without stretching the elastic band. Additionally trousers have pull strings for regulation.

4. Then find your measurements in the table and read the correct size.

Can I see and try the product on before the purchase?

What is the total price of the purchase?

In the case of mail orders sale the total cost of the purchase consists of the price of a selected item (prices shown in the online shop are gross prices – tax included) + delivery costs. Personal collection is also possible in our Showroom in Warsaw, Jaworzyńska street 5/1; then the total cost of the purchase is the price shown in the online shop.

What are the delivery costs?

1. Courier DPD Polska, on-line payment – PLN 14,
2. Courier DPD Polska, payment at delivery – PLN 20,
3. Personal collection – PLN 0,
4. Orders over PLN 300 – free delivery.

Can pay for the order while collecting it?

Yes, we accept cash and cards.

Can I collect the order personally?

Yes, in our Zombie Dash ShowRoom in Warsaw, at Jaworzyńska street 5/1.

Do you deliver orders outside Poland?

Yes. The costs depend on the destination. Delivery is only possible after and advance payment by a bank transfer or pre-payment via electronic payment system PayU, PayPal. We send the orders to the following countries:

Can I receive a courier parcel at a preferred time?

No. Zombie Dash Shop is not responsible for the working hours of the courier company, and does not have any influence on the delivery hours or phone contact with the courier.

Can I change my order after it was confirmed?

Corrections to the given data are only possible till the moment of posting the parcel to the customer. If you notice any errors in your data, please contact the seller as soon as possible via phone: 603 62 46 33 or e-mail: zamowienia@zombiedash.pl.

IMPORTANT! After the parcel has been posted, it is no longer possible to change the order.

How my much time do I have to pay for my order?

Time to pay for the order is 5 working days from the date of placing the order. After this time, the seller may cancel the order or withdraw from the agreement. The seller will inform the customer about it.

How can I pay for the ordered goods?

The Customer can choose one of the following payment methods:
1. Cash payment ‘at delivery’;
2. Payment with cash or credit card by personal collection;
3. On-line payment:

a. electronic payment via payment system PayU, PayPal;
b. money transfer to the seller’s account (account data are given in the Order confirmation).

IMPORTANT! In the bank transfer title, please write: order number, name and surname

Giving other transfer tittle will prolong the time of finalizing the order.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Yes, transactions with credit cards and e-transfers are made through the safe on-line payments system PayU (Visa, MasterCard).

Can I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes, but you need to indicate it during the ordering process and give all information necessary to issue an invoice.

When and how are the parcels posted?

Parcels are posted within 2 working days from booking (not making) the payment by the seller. Delivery takes up to 2 working days in the case of parcels sent to addresses in Poland, and from 5 to 7 working days outside Poland.

I placed several orders. Can they be posted in one parcel?

Yes, in such case, please contact the seller immediately via phone: +48 603 62 46 33 or e-mail: zamowienia@zombiedash.pl. You will need order numbers. Combination of several orders will be confirmed by e-mail. Delivery costs will be counted again.

How can I get back a parcel, which I did not collect on time, and which has already been sent back to the sender?

In such case, you need to contact the seller under phone number: +48 603 62 46 33 or via e-mail: zamowienia@zombiedash.pl. The parcel will be posted once again; however the costs of posting the parcel again will be covered by the customer. That means the customer will not receive the return of the delivery costs, but will have to pay them again.

Can I exchange goods whose size was to small/ big for another size?

Yes. In such case, you need to return the ordered goods and place an order once again.

IMPORTANT! Customer may return the purchased goods without stating grounds within 10 days from the date the goods where handed over to the customer.

Can I return the purchased products?

Yes. In the case the order does not fulfill your expectations, you may return or exchange the purchased products without stating grounds.

IMPORTANT! Customer has 10 days from the date of receiving the order to return it.

How can I return the purchased goods?

Customer may return the purchased goods without stating grounds within 10 days from the date they were handed over to the customer.+ That means the customer needs to inform the seller about their intention to return the goods within ten days by filling in, signing and sending the scan of the return form (dowload file) to the e-mail address: zamówienia@zombiedash.pl.

The ordered goods should be returned immediately, no later than within 14 days from the day of handing over the goods to the customer, to the following postal address of the seller:

Original of the filled in and signed return form and copy of the sale document (cash register receipt or invoice) should be attached to the returned goods. The customer incurs the costs of posting the goods to the seller in the case of a remote agreement.

Packaging and transport method of the returned goods should be appropriate to the their properties. The goods should be properly packed and secured (please wrap the box in paper and then use the sticky tape). Goods damaged in transport due to the fact the parcel had been inappropriately secured by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cost returns are made by way of a bank transfer. In the case of payments made via the PayU payment system, to the account from which the transfer had been made. In other cases to the bank account indicated in the return form.

IMPORTANT! The seller does not accept parcels with payment at delivery and sent to a parcel locker.

Are there any products that cannot be returned?

Yes, items with special characteristics made at an individual order of the customer (e.g. special print, color, size etc.) are not subject to returns.

What should I do if the ordered products were not in compliance with the order?

In such case, you should file a complaint. You will find a detailed description of complaint procedure in the next question ‘How to file a complaint?’

How to file a complaint?

In the case the goods are not in compliance with the agreement, the customer may file a complaint demanding:
1. bringing it to the condition set forth in the agreement by free repair,
2. or exchange to a new one,
3. appropriate discount or withdrawing from the agreement(return of the goods and money), if the repair or exchange entail excessive costs.

IMPORTANT! The Customer loses right to file a complaint, if the customer does not inform the seller about the inconsistency of the purchased goods with the agreement within 2 (two) months from stating such inconsistency.

Before the lapse of 2 months, the customer should inform the seller via e-mail about their intention to file a complaint by filling in, signing and sending a scan of a complaint form (dowload file) to the e-mail address: zamowienia@zombiedash.pl. Customer should immediately return the goods to the following postal address of the seller:

The customer should attach a the original of the filled in and signed complaint form and copy of the sales document (cash register receipt or invoice) to the returned goods. Costs of returning the goods to the seller are incurred by the consumer.

What are my personal data needed for?

Personal data are processed only for the needs of the company Zombie Dash sp. z o.o., that is for the purposes of finalizing orders, and at a customer’s consent for the purpose of informing about new products, services and promotions offered by Zombie Dash. Personal will not be disclosed to any other entities.

Can I make changes in my personal data?

Yes. Customers have right to access their personal data, as well as to check, correct, update and delete them.
Personal data entrusted to us by customers are stored observing all rules and applying all security means as stipulated by the binding legal provisions.

Where can I find company data and additional information?

Company data and all important information on procedures and policies of the shop are placed on the sites of our online shop at www.zombiedash.pl.
